Credentials

The permitted credentials in infinity billing are for makers, checkers and auditors. Credentials belong to branches and have the same branch level as that of the Lion core banking.

Login

To login to the billing system by branch makers or any other roles, click on any of the menus such as School Pay, Sacco Pay that are in the home menu

Steps

1. To login to the billing system by branch makers or any other roles, click on any of the menus such as School Pay, Sacco Pay that are in the home menu
   • This will display the login page as shown below
2. Insert the username and password and hit on login
3. For successful login the page will redirect to the School pay menu as shown below
4. If the credential inserted is wrong or the credential is suspended , an error message is displayed as shown below

Change Password

Password should be regularly changed at least once in two months

Steps

1. Click on the user profile icon
   • This will display the change password as shown below
2. Insert the old password, new password and confirm password
3. Click "Change Password" button
4. The system will automatically log you out
5. Insert the username and new password to login again
